If you contact Nesprit by email, including through the “Pitch Us” form, we may process the information you choose to provide, such as your name, company, email address, website, deck link and message.

How the Pitch Us form works

The current static website does not transmit or store form content on a Nesprit web server. Submitting the form opens your email client with a pre-filled message addressed to info@nesprit.lu. Your email provider and device then handle the message in accordance with their own terms and privacy practices.

Purpose and legal basis

Correspondence is processed to respond to enquiries, evaluate business or investment opportunities, maintain professional relationships, take steps requested before entering into a potential business relationship, and meet applicable legal or compliance obligations.

Website technology

This build does not intentionally use analytics, advertising trackers or non-essential cookies. It may load technical resources from third-party content-delivery or favicon services. Those providers may receive standard technical request information such as IP address, browser type and requested resource.

Retention

Information received by email is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant business purpose, relationship, legal obligation or legitimate record-keeping need.
