Nesprit S.à r.l. is a Luxembourg-based technology and investment company deploying long-term capital across private and public markets.

We invest from pre-seed and growth to pre-IPO and established listed companies, focusing on AI and digital infrastructure, cybersecurity, fintech and payments, e-commerce and logistics, healthtech and biotechnology, ophthalmic and neurotechnology, nutraceuticals, quantum technologies, microelectronics and IoT, telecommunications, space and adjacent engineering disciplines.
